*hard Flour: 750g
*Yeast: 1.1/2 Teaspoon
*3tbspn liquid milk
*Powdered milk flavor: 1 tbspn
*Water: 1.3/4 cups(more or less)
NOTE: Pls make sure yeast is active.
*Mix all ingredients together.
*Knead for 45 minutes
- divide into 3 equal parts.
*Grease your bread or baking pans(I used baking pans, as I don’t have bread pans) and put in the 3 dough.
*Cover with cling film and a damp towel and let it proof in a warm place for 2 hours.
*Preheat your oven to 165°C.
*Brush gently with beaten egg.
*Bake for 25 mins or until golden brown as the picture or your preferred color.
*Immediately you bring it out from the oven, brush again with melted butter for that extra shine(optional) but I love it.
